Replace shell block with individual echo commands to properly format GitHub Actions multiline output variable.
- Create release branch and PR instead of pushing directly to main - Add second job that triggers on main push to create tag and release - Maintain artifact building on release publish events - Fix multiline output format for GitHub Actions
