• medusajs/medusa#16417 — same root cause reachable through CORS configuration
• frappe/frappe#41827 · #41828 — a base-class arity mismatch and a frozen loop condition
• frappe/crm#2661 — a version-check call that only exists on newer Frappe crashed silently on every navigation on older sites
• frappe/insights#1294 — a column named "count" was indistinguishable from the app's own synthetic count-every-row measure
• frappe/hrms#5035 — reviewed and verified a contributor's leave-balance fix rather than duplicate it
• frappe/erpnext#57705 — five reports mislabelling their Yearly column
• n8n-io/n8n#36176 — the built-in ERPNext connector duplicated rows past 1,000 and crashed on an untouched filter
• mattermost/mattermost#37934 — an import-path panic on any os.Stat failure other than "file missing"
