Reda ADJAR - software developer

Software developer building ambitious products, powerful tools, and open-source systems.

Hawk Security IDE TradeVault WealthDock

What I am building

My flagship project is Hawk Security IDE: a local-first, security-native AI development environment designed to connect code, tools, runtime evidence, and verified fixes in one workflow.

I care about software that earns trust through reproducible tests, explicit approvals, useful audit trails, and clear security boundaries. The goal is not AI theatre. The goal is software that can explain what it changed, prove why it changed it, and help a human stay in control.

Featured work

Project What it delivers Core stack
Hawk Security IDE AI-assisted engineering, MCP integrations, security workflows, evidence capture, and governed change review. TypeScript, Node.js, Docker
HawkOps GitHub-native dependency intelligence, PR review, autonomous remediation, and security operations. JavaScript, GitHub Actions
TradeVault A private, local-first trading journal and manual backtesting workspace. TypeScript, React
WealthDock An open-source, local-first personal finance workspace built around privacy and ownership. TypeScript, React
Solana Safety Lab Dependency-free Rust guardrails for transfer limits, vesting, PDA seeds, and replay protection. Rust

Engineering principles

  • Local-first when it matters: private code and personal data should not need a cloud round trip by default.
  • Evidence over confidence: security findings should connect to reproduction, proof, remediation, and regression tests.
  • Human-governed automation: powerful agents still need scoped permissions, checkpoints, review, and recovery.
  • Products, not demos: documentation, packaging, CI, security policy, and operational behavior are part of the build.
  • Open-source discipline: clear ownership, honest claims, reproducible setup, and maintainable contribution paths.

Tools I reach for
