48.0.1 removes the legacy SECT binary EC curves (SECT163K1, etc.) that lemur/common/utils.py still references, breaking CSR/cert/key generation with AttributeError. Pin back to 46.0.7 until that's addressed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
