Config::General turns duplicate config keys into an array ref, and the NixOS module always declares compress_num_threads, so a second declaration in extraConfig ended up interpolating ARRAY(0x...) into the pixz command line and broke NAR serving with a shell syntax error. Take the last declared value in that case, and drop anything non-numeric instead of splicing it into the shell command. Fixes #1389
…jects When a declarative project's spec file is a static JSON document (all top-level values are jobset definitions), the success path in checkJobsetWrapped only updates lastcheckedtime and clears fetcherrormsg before returning early. Unlike the normal evaluation path, it never clears errormsg/errortime via setJobsetError. As a result, a single transient failure (e.g. the declarative input briefly failing to fetch) leaves the .jobsets jobset showing "Last checked: ..., with errors!" forever, even though every subsequent check succeeds. It's probably a good idea, especially for builder, though I'm not sure if they would be likely targets for the OOM killer.
This fixes `nix flake show` on Darwin, where these cannot be evaluated.

…rmsg hydra-eval-jobset: clear stale eval errors for static declarative projects
On my personal hydra I've been using benchmarking metric names that are derived from pytest test names like `test_foo.py::test_bar[1]`. Since #1449 these metrics are rendered correctly in the metrics tab. However since commit 0d3842a these metric names are no longer supported and (silently) don't get ingested anymore. With this commit I'm relaxing the strictness of the metric name regex in order to support ingesting these metrics again.
