Adds an end-to-end test of getBuildNomadCommand: a realistic compose (ports,
env with project-var + ${VAR} interpolation, healthcheck, replicas, resource
limits, x-nomad-scaling, a domain) is translated and the generated Nomad HCL is
asserted (task groups, image, resource conversion, autoscaling, Traefik-via-
Consul routing tags, http health check).
