- Switch the 5 inherited publish/deploy/sync workflows (create-pr, deploy, monitoring, nomploy, sync-openapi-docs) to workflow_dispatch-only so they no longer fail on push without Dokploy's registry/doc secrets. Kept for later. - Exclude the real-integration deploy test (clones an examples repo + builds with Docker) from the default vitest run so PR CI is green; run it manually. - install.sh: start Traefik (Consul Catalog provider) so a fresh install has working ingress, matching the app's initializeTraefikNomad(). getBuildComposeCommand now runs the docker deploy under env -i PATH="$PATH" HOME="$HOME" so docker can read ~/.docker/config.json and --with-registry-auth ships credentials for private images. Fixes the build-compose-command regression tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

#2 After a roll, an open tab keeps running the old client JS against the new server ("the UI looks a version behind" — hit while verifying the All services dropdown). StaleBundleBanner captures the running server version (settings.getNomployVersion) at mount and polls it (+ on refocus); when it changes it shows a top reload bar. Distinct from UpdateBanner (which installs a new release) — this just refreshes the current viewer's page. Mounted in DashboardLayout for all pages.
