Replaces #404, which GitHub no longer allows to be retargeted to
main("part of a stack"). The #351 fix itself already landed inmainvia #409; this carries the one remaining commit:4070a0f—Rank4IdentityTag.InvOfNegatedIdentitycompares the fullinv(-I4)result against-otimesu(I, I)withtmech::almost_equal, instead of two hand-flattened components.Test-only. Fails against the old
MinorMajortag, passes with the fix; full suite green (gcc-14 Debug).
