Adds a small usage note for running command-line Typesense checks with TypesenseKit alongside the existing dashboard recommendation.

No tests run; README fragment only.

Closing this to avoid dropping a third-party tooling mention into the project docs without prior maintainer interest. If this would be useful, I can open an issue/discussion first with the proposed command-line workflow and let maintainers decide whether it belongs here.
