intensity_bin_dict.csvfiles are only required for dynamic models. The files currently in the PiWindPostcode and PiWindPreAnalysis demo models are not needed and cause confusion because they are in an obsolete format.damage_bin_dict.csvno longer has aninterval_typecolumn. Removed.A couple of demo models included
coverages.binfiles with their model data. These serve no purpose and were presumably copied by accident. Deleted.
