feat(mail): add adaptive native workspace

Summary

• adds semantic Mail account, mailbox, message-list, and message-detail workspace planning
• adds adaptive desktop and mobile Mail surfaces with cached sibling reconciliation
• keeps Mail cache identity scoped by account and mailbox
• adds synthetic visual states and focused regression coverage

Current state

This is intentionally a draft. Android emulator QA confirmed the workspace renders, but also exposed that mailbox navigation is still too dataset-like. The next pass must open Inbox by default when available, provide persistent adaptive mailbox navigation, and keep pagination limited to messages within the selected mailbox. The checked-in captures must then be regenerated from the corrected source.

Compose, reply and forward, moving, flags, attachments, complete HTML/thread behavior, and search remain outside this initial workspace slice.

Validation

• focused desktop tests and :androidApp:assembleDebug passed with JDK 21 before publication
• repository hygiene and changelog validation passed
• authenticated read-only Android emulator smoke test completed
• capture freshness is still pending after the navigation correction
