Adds support for nested subfolders inside the main loader folders, JSON files are loaded shallowest first and sorted lexicographically.
Being 100% honest, I have only tested with a few of the loaders like helpguide and raw but seems to running smoothly at least to 3 folders deep.
Fixes #127
