Behaviors need more documentation

There are several things missing from the [Behaviors guide](https://github.com/OpenBuildings/jam/blob/0.3.0/guide/jam/behaviors.md)
- Automatically attaching behaviors with the same name.
- Binding to behaviors events through method definitions in the behavior
- Extending the model and the builder with methods through the behavior.

Basically everything about creating new behaviors is missing.
