The parking lot links on the Wilmington Parking Map aren't clickable -- browser inspection shows they are links with valid URLs but clicking them doesn't change the browser location in either the current or new tab.
Tested in Mozilla Firefox Quantum 61.0.2 (64-bit) and Google Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 8.1.
