Summary

Publish bounded authoring-adapter conformance vectors and reusable comparisons for canonical artifacts, diagnostics, transformation provenance, and semantic results.

• Add seven fixed vectors, closed contracts, published schemas, and an offline comparison API that re-admits submitted outputs.
• Cover strict admission, declaration rename, typed differences, malformed evidence, resource bounds, and installed-wheel corpus availability.
• Document the consumer contract, propose ASR-516 as ACTIVE with traceability, and refresh current research evidence without rewriting historical captures.

49 focused authoring tests pass. Merge-resolution checks passed 161 focused tests, historical-evidence isolation, and evidence replay; full completion and policy gates also passed on the synchronized tree. The single pre-push code-review finding is fixed with regression coverage; the user directed continuation without an over-cap cycle. Test-quality review completed with no findings.
