- Allows building an Ubuntu linux docker container with toucan tools.
- Locks to older version of feather-tk until the codebase of toucan and latest feather-tk are synchronized.
- Upgraded yaml-cpp to v0.9.0 to get around failure to build v0.7.0 on Linux due to missing includes.
