fix(cfc): accept unary minus in data sources - #1952

Conversation
Problem: A data source such as `-t_inc` was rejected with E083, so a chart could not feed a negated variable into a wire. Solution: A data source may now hold a literal or a reference negated by a unary minus. A data sink still rejects it, because it is no assignment target.
