Publishes the reviewed network stack revisions for Network Plugin Manager v0.8.20. Fixed shared overlays opt in to bounded ingress through the manager-owned firewall chain; per-host networks remain host-label scoped; Network Policy Manager retains an independent nftables ownership boundary. Runtime acceptance evidence will be added to SUPPORTED.md before merge.
