Restore the affected text blobs to canonical LF bytes after the Windows API commit. This commit has zero content difference when end-of-line whitespace is ignored.

The Windows GraphQL commit for #71 preserved mixed working-tree EOL bytes in eight modified text files. This follow-up restores those blobs to canonical LF. git diff --ignore-space-at-eol reports zero content changes; no runtime behavior, dependency, artifact, or test expectation changes.
