👋 Hi, I’m Pedro Alves.
-
👀 I’m interested in technology, sustainability, aerospace, and applied research, with a particular focus on developing practical technological solutions with real-world impact.
-
🌱 My areas of interest include environmental monitoring, nature conservation and restoration, sustainable food production, IoT, embedded systems, remote sensing, aerospace systems, and experimental technologies.
-
🚀 I’m also involved in the development, coordination, and funding of research and technology projects in the aerospace sector, including experimental aerospace systems, instrumentation, telemetry, sensing, testing platforms, and technologies supporting research, education, and innovation.
-
🔬 I’m particularly interested in connecting research, engineering, industry, universities, and funding opportunities to turn technological concepts into prototypes, experiments, and viable projects.
-
🌿 One of my projects is a home hydroponic system designed for balconies, covering the complete solution from mechanical design to electronics and software. The repository includes structural drawings, hardware information, and photographs of the operational system, which has successfully produced tomatoes, herbs, and spices.
-
🤝 I’m looking to collaborate on aerospace R&D, technology development, research project funding, sustainability, environmental monitoring, nature restoration and conservation, sustainable food production, IoT, embedded systems, and open technology projects.
-
💡 I’m especially interested in collaborations involving aerospace research and development, experimental platforms, university–industry partnerships, public and private R&D funding, and technology transfer.
