(this version of project is builded). 1)Download Borland C++ Builder 6. 2)Open this Project. 3)Project->Build Project1. 4)Rename Project1.exe as Qemulator.exe. 5)Place Qemulator.exe to qemu dir.

Translating only

1)Open FIle Qemulator.exe with Resource Hacker. 2)Edit RCData.
