Changes

Documents prompt labels for prompt management (PostHog/posthog#70862, PostHog/posthog#71509):

• New Labels section: what a label is (a movable pointer to exactly one version), releasing and rolling back by moving the label, naming rules, the API and MCP ways to manage labels, and how fast label moves propagate (seconds on the API, SDK cache TTL on top)
• SDK examples in Python and JS now show label: 'production' as the recommended pattern for production apps, ahead of version pinning
• MCP tools table updated with prompt-label-set and prompt-label-delete
• Caching section explains latest, pinned-version, and labeled fetches cache independently
• Self-hosted note: older servers ignore the label parameter and the SDKs log a warning

Draft until the SDK releases ship (posthog-python#744, posthog-js#4163) — the examples use SDK options that aren't published yet.
