Summary
Adds a hover-triggered preview card (PreviewCard) to OutcomeChip rows/cards, so users can quickly inspect outcome details (label, variant, odds, selection state) without committing to a selection.
Changes
src/components/PreviewCard.tsx(new): Wraps Radix UI HoverCard to show outcome preview on hover/focus. Accessible via keyboard, respects reduced motion, uses design tokens.src/pages/OutcomeChip.tsx(modified): Wraps the chip button with PreviewCard, maintaining all existing props and behavior.src/components/__tests__/PreviewCard.test.tsx(new): 7 tests covering all variants, selected state, badge display, and keyboard hint.Testing
