What

  • Source-freshness gates in the program-documentation workflow: source fingerprint (member changed date/time + line count + repo schema) in the Quality Report footer, an export staleness gate that compares the fingerprint against a live ia_member_lookup before converting older specs, and a verification rule requiring in-session proof for absolute access-method claims.
  • DOCX converter: new --no-cover flag for compact documents, nested inline-formatting resolution inside link text, and no more forced per-section page breaks (headings use keep-with-next instead).
  • PDF converter: no more forced per-section page breaks.
  • All nine version manifests bumped 1.2.0 → 1.2.1, CHANGELOG entry added.

IP note

No internal IP present — scan of ip-guard patterns plus the broader table/library/SQL redline came back clean; no sanitization was needed.

Verification

  • validate checks replicated locally (required files, JSON/YAML parse, nine-manifest version consistency) — pass
  • ip-guard scan — clean
