wiki/literature/: 16 concept pages (Sersic profile, bulge-disk decomposition, MGE, isophotes, scaling relations, ETG/disk structure, morphology classification, high-z structure, structural-fitting codes, PSF, sky+photometry, stellar masses, clumps, stellar halos, kinematics), 10 survey/instrument entities, 13 per-topic source bibliographies (158 annotated paper sections), its own AGENTS.md schema (with an explicit citation-verification rule the reference wiki lacks), and a 253-entry autogalaxy_literature.bib in which EVERY entry was verified against arXiv/CrossRef/ADS before inclusion (~330 verifications; multiple memory-sourced metadata errors caught and corrected in the process). skills/ag_ingest_paper.md is the only growth path (25 skills live). Privacy seam held: PyAutoMemory consulted for topical structure only. Cross-fragment bib merge conflict-checked (one same-key different-paper case resolved by verifying both papers against CrossRef); independent 8-entry spot-check all exact. Staleness sweep: AGENTS.md / wiki/README / llms.txt / wiki/core/index / PENDING.md no longer describe the literature wiki as planned. Validation: validate-literature-citations clean; audit suite clean vs the released wheel (--scope all 0 missing; citations 1044/0; provenance 0 errors; --check-version clean); pytest 68 passed; banned-token sweep over wiki/literature/ zero hits. Phase 5 of PyAutoLabs/PyAutoBrain#188 — the science layer:
wiki/literature/with 16 concept pages, 10 survey/instrument entities, 13 per-topic annotated bibliographies (158 paper sections), its own schema contract, and a 253-entry bibliography in which every entry was verified against arXiv/CrossRef/ADS before inclusion (~330 recorded verifications; the process caught multiple wrong-from-memory arXiv IDs, a one-digit-off Kormendy paper collision, a same-key different-paper bib conflict — resolved by verifying both 1987 Dressler papers — and one fabricated journal_ref from a fetch-summarising step).ag_ingest_paperis the only growth path;make validate-literature-citationsis the gate.
