Necessary editorial corrections

• Resolve the ambiguous It as This interface.
• Add required punctuation around independent clauses and the contract-file phrase.
• Replace the semicolon after data/README.md with a sentence break.
• Repair the broken Hugging Face URL and split the malformed final where clause.

Validation

• Compiled arxiv/main.tex with Tectonic.
• Visually inspected pages 14 and 15, including the complete conclusion, contract list, availability statement, acknowledgments, and reference transition.
• Confirmed the repository, contract page, and Hugging Face release links return successfully.
• Confirmed there are no undefined citations, references, or overfull boxes.
• Ran uv run pytest tests/test_research_contracts.py -q: 31 passed, 20 expected xfails.
