Bumps X-RGX-Framework-MinVersion 2.7.0 -> 2.7.2 so the live consumer targets the released framework source. Unblocks the RGX-Framework v2.7.2 release workflow, whose 'Validate contract against RGX-Hello' step clones RGX-Hello main and requires min version == framework version. Verified locally: node test/test-rgx-hello.mjs exits 0 (all PASS, no FAIL).
