This PR adds per-field, per-source-record priority overrides so curators can re-rank which source record “wins” for an individual field (instead of relying solely on global per-source defaults). It updates the API, DB schema, coalescing behavior, and the frontend UI to support editing and persisting that ordering, with tests covering the new behavior.
