Summary
Adds TMCRA Agent Memory to the Codex Plugins section.
TMCRA provides owner-local graph memory across Codex sessions and supported applications. Its Codex integration recalls owner-global and current-project evidence before an answer, then stores USER and ASSISTANT records separately with project, session, actor, and source provenance.
