Video audio ignores the player's volume settings: a visual video stays at volume 25 when the sound volume is lowered, and a background video stays at 80 under mute-all.
Reproduce: change the sound or music volume, or mute all, while a video plays (engine integration tests).
Fix: background video volume scales with the music volume and visual video volume with the sound volume; mute-all sets both to zero.
Tests: integration tests for both video paths; the full suite (2,163 tests) and lint pass.
