Allows using
lms-signaturein no_std/no_alloc environments by migrating the signature encoding from storing in a Vec to storing in a fixed-size array with some typenum gymnastics to define that size.Requires RustCrypto/hybrid-array#235 to add the missing array sizes to
hybrid-array.
