Include pion mass in final state kinetic energy in multinucleon absorption FSI. Mesons which absorb contribute their mass energy to the final state kinetic energy budget; nucleons which absorb do not. Previous plots confirm that for the multinucleon absorption mechanism, the pion mass was not added to the final state kinetic energy. This fix adds it in for the case of a pion probe. The quasi-deuteron mechanism is implemented correctly.
