Updated the GitHub Actions workflow to include a 'Run tests' step and modified the build step to exclude tests.
Added new polar jump mechanics with configurable parameters for chance, delays, and conditions.
Updated Polar mode parameters to Polar2 for knockback handling.
Refactor 'Polar2' mode to 'polar2' and remove jump logic.
Removed redundant check for 'Strict' raytrace mode.
Removed 'Lenient' mode from raytrace options and adjusted related logic.
