Bump the stackvox pin from
>=0.10.0to>=0.11.0inbuild.sh(bundled CI venv) andinstall.sh(source/Linux path). 0.11.0 is live on PyPI.0.11.0 features (all speech-normalization, additive — no stack-nudge call-site changes): speak
