Add Ved's final project blog for SoB 2026

This PR adds my final evaluation blog post for Summer of Bitcoin 2026, detailing the second half of my work on Floresta.

It covers the completion of the systematic error handling overhaul across all remaining modules (floresta-watch-only, floresta-wire, floresta-electrum, and floresta-node), the design of the cross-module error hierarchy, and the final strict compiler lint enforcement.

Merge Dependency: This PR is dependent on my Midterm blog post PR being merged first. It purposefully does not include _config.yml updates or the cover image, as those are already included in the midterm PR to avoid merge conflicts. Once the midterm PR is merged into master, this PR will be fully ready to go!

Thanks for the report! Before this draft is ready, please add an _config.yml author profile whose key exactly matches Ved Patel, and add the referenced featured-image file under assets/images/blog_content/.

Pls refer the merge dependency in description.
Once my midterm blog will be merged, then upstream will contain the Ved Patel key in _config.yml and the reference image also.
