This PR removes the “Call for TVLSI Editor-in-Chief 2027-2028” announcement block (including the external nomination form link) from the website homepage (src/index.md), leaving the page to start directly with the journal scope/call-for-papers content.
Changes:
- Removed the homepage announcement banner/title for the Editor-in-Chief nomination call.
