Replace old coursework files with a 5-page static site (index, insurance, taxes, covered-ca, privacy) modeled on the client's lost pacificholdingsinsurance.com design (navy/gold, serif headings, numbered "why us" rows, service cards, FAQ accordion, two-panel lead form), rebranded and updated per the client's build brief: tax-first naming, no LLC suffix, no carrier or Covered California logos, CTEC placeholder, Formspree lead form with honeypot, JSON-LD/sitemap/robots for SEO, and mobile-first accessible styling.
