This pull request updates the NuGet publishing workflow to improve package distribution and release automation. The main changes include granting additional permissions, publishing to GitHub Packages alongside NuGet.org, uploading the package as a release asset, and enhancing the release summary.

Publishing and permissions improvements:

  • Workflow permissions for contents are elevated from read to write to support uploading release assets (.github/workflows/nuget-publish.yml).

  • The workflow now publishes NuGet packages to both NuGet.org and GitHub Packages by adding a new source and push step (.github/workflows/nuget-publish.yml).

Release automation enhancements:

  • The built .nupkg file is automatically uploaded as a release asset when a GitHub release event is triggered (.github/workflows/nuget-publish.yml).

  • The release summary is updated to include a link to the GitHub Packages version of the package (.github/workflows/nuget-publish.yml).…ad release assets
