Update en-GB thread permission error text to explicitly mention the channel (<#%d>) where the `Send Messages in Threads` permission is missing and advise granting it via roles or the channel's permission settings. Improves clarity for users attempting to open tickets.
Adds separate localized strings for the close-request intro, prompt, and automatic close label so the message can be composed more flexibly.
Adds the `commands.claim.already_claimed` locale string for tickets that have already been claimed.
