• add a layered knowledge-topology and Context Floor authoring contract for domain, topic, document, and routing decisions
• separate stable prose quality from routing fidelity across init, update, prune, and recorder workflows
• report per-input unmappedFiles from context and reject code.paths globs that match no files
• sync Codex mirrors, reference parity checks, bilingual public docs, release surfaces, and dogfood llmdoc knowledge
