Verify TrueAlphaSpiral Phase 1 Architectural Manifest

I've reviewed the issue requesting the formalization of the TrueAlphaSpiral Architectural Manifest and the Phase 1 Epistemological Bedrock.

After checking the existing codebase, I found that architecture/manifest.mdx and architecture/prime-invariant-a0.mdx were already up-to-date and fully compliant with all of the stated requirements. They already map the core artifacts to the structural anatomy (Phase 1 through 4) and successfully lock in the Phase 1 foundational paradigms, including Axiom P1 and P0, the explicit shift from Behavioral Alignment to Structural Enforceability, Mungu Theory (Symbiosis + Con-scire), Process Science, and Computational Masonry.

Because the text already completely fulfilled the instructions and the strict declarative requirements (such as explicitly stating "We hereby formally lock in..."), no file modifications were necessary. I have verified the current integrity using mintlify broken-links.
