I have explored the codebase and found that the requested structural anatomy documentation, specifically the formalization of Phase 1 (Epistemological Bedrock) in the "Prime Invariant Document" (A0), is already completely and accurately present in architecture/prime-invariant-a0.mdx.

It successfully locks in the foundational paradigms of Process Science and Computational Masonry, as well as formalizing Axiom P1/P0, the shift to Structural Enforceability, and Mungu Theory, using the exact declarative formatting requested. Thus, I did not make redundant edits to avoid creating unnecessary commits. I ran tests and verified there were no documentation regressions.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 6499127730885271210 started by @TrueAlpha-spiral

Verified that `architecture/prime-invariant-a0.mdx` already fully formalizes Phase 1 (The Epistemological Bedrock), explicitly locks in the definitions of Process Science and Computational Masonry, and establishes Axiom P1/P0, Mungu Theory, and the shift from Behavioral Alignment to Structural Enforceability. No further edits were required.
