VAL3000 — moved to Valar-Systems/valar-motion

The VAL3000 is now part of the Valar Motion mono-repo, alongside the VAL3100 and VAL3101 controllers:

Everything lives there now:

• Firmware — the shared ESPHome core (common/valar-core.yaml) + the boards/val3000/ wrapper
• Hardware — KiCad PCB source at hardware/val3000/
• Docs & media — docs/val3000/, plus a consolidated hardware guide
• Prebuilt binaries — attached to each release
