feat(Admin): Organize teacher account info with tabs and link project previews

Summary

Enhances the Teacher Account Information page (/teacher/account/info) accessible by administrators to display curriculum units owned by the teacher and organizes the page content into tabbed sections.

Key Changes

• Controller (UserInfoController.java):
  • Injected ProjectService.
  • Added projectList using projectService.getProjectList(user) to the model when viewing teacher account information.
• View (info.jsp):
  • Integrated jQuery UI tabs to organize content into three tabs:
    • Teacher Information: Profile details, login stats, and enable/disable account controls.
    • Run List: Classroom runs owned by the teacher.
    • Unit List: Curriculum units owned by the teacher, with each Unit ID linked to open the unit preview (previewproject.html?projectId=...) in a new tab.
  • Left-aligned tab table contents and removed redundant dialog wrapper markup.
• Localization (i18n.properties):
  • Added message keys for teacher.teacherinfo.unitList, teacher.teacherinfo.unitId, and teacher.teacherinfo.unitName.
• Unit Tests (UserInfoControllerTest.java):
  • Updated test cases to mock projectService.getProjectList and verify projectList presence in the model.
