20260816120000_growth_loop_opening_balance.sql已先于前端发布在生产执行并登记applied（statement_count=7，函数/约束/ACL 核验通过）npm run verify通过（125 单测全绿）npm run release:check通过合并后创建
v1.3.9tag 并发布 GitHub Release，release-to-production工作流将自动快进production触发 Vercel 部署。
