501(c)(3) nonprofit developing open-source technology for ecological restoration. We restore landscapes damaged by wildfire and pollution, working at the intersection of ecology and technology to bridge the gap between landowners and a new generation eager to protect the planet.
Since 2020, our volunteers have been restoring over 1,000 acres across North America:
🌲 Tree Planting — Hundreds of native trees planted in wildfire burn scars
🦫 Wetland Restoration — 70+ Beaver Dam Analogs built to recharge aquifers and reduce wildfire risk
🍂 Composting — 1,000+ bags of leaves collected annually, sequestering ~10 tons of carbon per year
🌱 Permaculture — Food forests and hugelkultur terraces built from wildfire-reclaimed timber
🏔️ High Park Burn Scar — Working with dozens of landowners across 1,000+ acres in Larimer County, Colorado to restore landscapes damaged by the 2012 High Park Fire.
🐟 GE Moreau Superfund — Stewarding 18 acres of recovering wetland in Upstate New York, adjacent to the GE Moreau Superfund site. Partnering with locals on cleanup efforts and studying bioremediation potential.
