CIM Framework creates and visualizes Common Information Model (CIM) grid models from mixed data sources. It is for grid operators, integrators, and developers working with power-system data.

This project is in early development. Its interfaces and data model may change before the first stable release.
- Import grid data from multiple source formats.
- Map source data into a consistent CIM model.
- Validate the resulting model.
- Visualize model entities and relationships.
- User documentation: tutorials, how-to guides, reference, and explanation, following Diátaxis.
- Architecture documentation: interactive diagrams of the crate structure and its dependencies, built with LikeC4.
Installation and usage instructions will be added with the first executable release.
Bug reports and feature proposals are welcome. Please open an issue before starting a substantial change so we can agree on its scope and direction.
