🏛️ About Me

I am a Research Assistant and PhD Candidate in City and Regional Planning at Dokuz Eylül University, working across computational spatial science, GIScience, remote sensing, and operational urban resilience.

My work focuses on bridging spatial data science with operational urban planning: how can algorithms, spatial optimization, and planning automation make cities more resilient, equitable, and actionable?

I develop geospatial workflows, PyQGIS plugins, and analytical models for disaster evacuation accessibility, earthquake road-network vulnerability, urban heat island mitigation, green equity, flood mapping, computer vision for walkability (SAM 3), and parametric urban design.
