feat(zaparoo): auto-run physical CDs from menu

Summary

• add an opt-in Auto-run CDs toggle to the Zaparoo OSD, persisted off by default
• detect and classify inserted discs asynchronously while the menu core is active
• launch original MGLs from either supported physical-CD provider layout without extra configuration
• suppress repeated launches until confirmed removal or media change

Validation

• source setup_default_toolchain.sh && make
• git diff --check

Notes

This adds detection and launch selection only; physical-disc playback remains owned by the installed provider. Optical-drive and disc-matrix hardware validation is still required.
