Adds AtomLane to Dev & Coding as beta, alphabetized by its public brand.

The canonical repository is cloudguo123/atomlane; the packaged technical plugin ID remains mac-parallel-accelerator so existing installations continue to work.

Verification:

• repository root contains the canonical Agent Plugins 1.0.0 plugin.json schema URL
• manifest and mcp.json validate against the official schemas
• package includes a real skill, local stdio MCP runtime, safety tests, and a public verification report

Verified the root plugin.json carries the canonical $schema (1.0.0), alongside .codex-plugin/, an mcp.json and a SKILL.md. MIT, and actively pushed.

One thing worth flagging, no action needed for this listing: the name field in your plugin.json is mac-parallel-accelerator, which doesn't match the AtomLane product name used everywhere else. Clients key off that field, so you may want them aligned. I've listed it as AtomLane since that's what your README and repo call it.
